Withdrawal Of Internet Services

Withdrawal of Internet Services dates are as follows:

  • Wireless Broadband Accounts: Final date will be 31/10/2017
  • NBN Services: Final date will be 31/10/2017
  • ADSL: Final date will be 30/11/2017

Accounts not transferred/closed by the respective dates may be automatically cancelled however we do expect the greater majority customers will have made alternate arrangements well before the cut-off dates.

As a result of the changes, the following will apply:

Existing/New Web Hosting & E-Mail Hosting

Will be unaffected by the changes.

Email Accounts

For those customers with Internet accounts that move elsewhere, your existing @wimmera.com.au & @ozisp.com.au E-Mail accounts will continue as is free of charge until 31/01/2018 after which if the address is still required, the following fees will apply:

Personal use: $49.50 inc pa (20mb storage)

Business use: $110.00 inc pa (250mb storage)

Wireless Broadband Customers

Please note that it is not necessary for you to return the dongle device.

Horsham Office

We advise our Horsham office will close permanently as from the close of business on Thursday 28/09/2017.

Payments

Our preferred method of payment is by Direct Credit to our Bank account (CBA BSB 063113 A/C # 10438954 please use the invoice number as the reference)

Cheques can be posted to OzISP Pty Ltd, 19 Walkers Rd Nunawading VIC 3131.

For those customers who are paid in advance, refunds will issue as appropriate when your OzISP service is cancelled or moves to another provider. Those matters will be dealt with as soon as possible following the closure of your Internet Account.

Account Closures

With regards to all accounts but in particular Wireless broadband accounts, once you have alternate arrangements in place, please advise us at support@ozisp.com.au so that your OzISP account can be closed and a final invoice/refund as appropriate can be issued.
