All new services will be suspended when excess usage is detected for remainder of that month and unsuspended on the 1st of the following month with a maximum excess of 1gb (detected) on all plans. Please note that this applies to new and older plans upgraded as from 23/02/2015. Older plans commenced prior to 23/02/2015 may not be suspended until usage over 7000mb is detected.
Customers are reminded that usage detailed usage reports can be viewed at any time by going to www.ozisp.com.au and logging into the Members area (bottom left of page). Please contact our Support desk should you require further clarification.
Data Collation: Customers are advised that usage figures may take up to 7 days to appear on their account.
Usage Notices: Issue of usage notices may be delayed for up to 10 business days.
International Roaming is not allowed on Mobile Broadband services. Roaming charges can potentially be extremely high with delayed feedsfrom overseas Carriers. Therefore, OZISP Pty Ltd prohibits customers from activating International Roaming on Mobile Broadband services. If this business rule is breached, OZISP Pty Ltd reserves the right to stop such traffic and apply usage charges at a rate it determines.
Data usage includes (but is not limited to) access to email, WAP services, Applications and Internet browsing directly from a mobile device or by using the mobile device as a tethered modem (via WiFi, Bluetooth, cable etc.). Any downloaded content, such as ringtones or logos, may incur additional charges from the provider of the content (which will be rebilled to you by OZISP Pty Ltd). Data usage is billed in 1KB increments. 1GB = 1000MB. 1MB = 1000KB.

Once contract term finishes, account will continue on a NO Contract basis until such time as customer gives one months notice of service cancellation.
Should data limit be exceeded, excess rates will be charged as follows:
On older plans (ie those commenced prior to 23/02/2015) excess data will charged at $0.11 cents per mb
On plans commenced after 23/02/2015 and older plans that have upgraded, excess data charged at $0.055 cents per mb.

Cancellations can only be completed on a normal business day and cannot be done on weekends or public holidays.
For Plans commenced on or after 23/02/2015:
$11.00 per month remaining of the contract term or part thereof
For plans commenced on or after 01/11/2010 and users of the Huawei E1762 device:
Cancellation < 6 months - $77.00
Cancellation 7-12 months - $66.00
Cancellation 13-18 Months - $49.50
Cancellation 19-24 Months - $35.00
For plans commenced on or after 04/07/2009:
Cancellation < 6 months - $130.00
