Early Termination Fees*:
Cancellations can only be completed on a normal business day and cannot be done on weekends or public holidays.

For plans commenced on or after 01/11/2010 and users of the Huawei E1762 device:
Cancellation < 6 months - $77.00
Cancellation 7-12 months - $66.00
Cancellation 13-18 Months - $49.50
Cancellation 19-24 Months - $35.00

For plans commenced on or after 04/07/2009:
Cancellation < 6 months - $130.00
Cancellation 7-12 months - $115.00
Cancellation 13-18 Months -$90.00
Cancellation 19-24 Months -$60.00

For plans commenced prior to 03/07/2009 and users of the Huawei E1762 device:
Cancellation < 6 months - $165.00
Cancellation 7-12 months - $154.00
Cancellation 13-18 Months - $110.00
Cancellation 19-24 Months - $66.00

*Early termination fee does not apply if no term contract exists or moving to another 24 month plan

Static IP address included.

Billing cycle will be 1st each month.

USB sticks will work on WIN 2000 SP4, WIN XP SP2 & WIN Vista. Mac OS X 10.3.7 or above may also be supported.

Both uploads & downloads are counted towards included MB.

Monthly billing in advance, excess usage billed in arrears.

Usage cannot be transferred to other users.

Unused time/data will not be carried over.

All plans are stopped if they reach 6gb in any calendar month except the 6gb Usage plan which will be stopped at 7gb.

Service will resume 12.01am on 1st of next month.

Plan changes only available at commencement of next period.

All contract documentation to be signed by customer prior to activation.

Customers will be "hanged up" for several seconds between 11.30pm & Midnight each day to enable updates of usage records.

3G coverage cannot be guaranteed in all areas and can be subject to the particular device being used, and whether the

device has an antenna attached. Speeds may vary due to a variety if reasons including but not limited to network

congestion, distance from cell, hardware etc and therefore, service cannot be guaranteed.

GSM coverage areas may be slower than 3G areas.

The service is not to be used for the provision of services to support peer to peer applications.

"Fair Use" policy may be applied/enforced.
